Full Planning is my most comprehensive experience, designed for couples who want a trusted partner to help uncover their vision, guide every major decision, and manage every moving piece from the first venue tour to the final song of the night.
You'll receive support with:

EVENT MANAGEMENT
For the couple who's done the planning but wants to actually experience their wedding day.
Beginning a few months out from your wedding, I'll step in to organize every final detail, coordinate your vendor team, and quietly manage everything happening behind the scenes so you can spend your wedding day exactly where you belong, with the people you love.
I'll take care of:
• Planning takeover beginning approximately three to four months before the wedding
• Vendor communication and confirmations
• Timeline creation and logistical management
• Final venue walkthrough
• Layout review
• Rehearsal coordination
• Wedding day production and oversight
• Behind-the-scenes problem solving

From First Conversation to Final Dance
1. Discover
This is where I ask a lot of questions, probably more than you expect. We'll talk about how you love to gather, what inspires you, what traditions matter, and what kind of atmosphere you want your wedding to create.
2. design
Together, we'll create a celebration that's cohesive from the guest experience to the smallest design details. Every recommendation, vendor, layout, and design element has a purpose and supports the story we're telling together.
3. guide
I'll coordinate your vendor team, finalize timelines, answer questions, solve problems before they become problems, and make sure every moving piece is ready long before your guests arrive.
4. celebrate
While you spend the day celebrating with your favorite people, I'll be managing logistics, supporting your vendor team, solving the unexpected, and protecting the experience we've spent months creating.
If your needs fall somewhere between Full Planning and Event Management, I offer custom planning experiences built around what you actually need. I also plan smaller celebrations, intimate weddings, and select social events beyond weddings.
